Q: Why do you required me to create an account?

For us to ship a product to you  we need your name and address. We ask for your e-mail address so we can send you messages to keep you updated on the progress of your order. We like to have your phone number incase there is a question about your order that needs immediate answers. So now we have all this information and the only thing missing to create an account is a password, so why not just create an account?

Q:Why do you only accept PayPal and Google Checkout and not accept credit cards directly?

At this point in time accepting credit cards directly would be considered a major expense. We would have to raise prices in the store by about 10% to make it economically practical.

PayPal and Google Checkout are multi-million dollar companies that can spend major dollars and resources on security and fraud detection. Using their services allows us to piggy back on their systems to offer you that same security and fraud protection.
